Global Network

A regional network led by local chairs.

Demographic change is global, but the conversation must be local. The Shift operates as a chapter network across six countries in the Americas, each led by a chair who connects institutions, government, academia, and business to accelerate organizational adaptation to population aging.

The United States serves as global headquarters; Argentina as LATAM headquarters. Each chapter keeps operational autonomy and a local agenda while sharing a common standard across the network.

Chair · Global HQ

From the United States he leads the network’s international leadership and The Shift’s strategic direction as a global platform. A lawyer by training and former Sullivan & Cromwell partner, he came to the demographic agenda through a personal question: how does a society—and the institutions that sustain it—prepare for lives that last thirty years longer than their social contracts were designed for? That conviction guides The Shift’s global development today.
