Artificial intelligence is transforming what we do, which skills we need and how we learn.
At the same time, demographic change is transforming who is in our organizations: longer careers, multiple generations working together and a growing need to update capabilities throughout working life.
They are two transformations many organizations still manage separately. But they are happening at the same time, to the same people and inside the same teams.
The question is no longer only how to adopt AI. How do we build organizations capable of incorporating technologies that change faster and faster, with people who will live, learn and work longer?
Two transformations. One agenda.
As part of The Shift Forum Buenos Aires 2026, we brought together a small group of People & Culture leaders to work on real challenges, share experiences and turn two major transformations into concrete decisions for their organizations.

Three perspectives on how AI, longevity, skills and generations are becoming part of the same talent agenda.
A moment to identify where each organization stands today and its main friction points.
Small-group conversations with Annie, Eduardo and Cecilia to work on concrete challenges.
Each participant closed the experience by identifying one concrete intervention to drive in their organization over the next 90 days.

The activity took place on September 16, 2026 at Google Buenos Aires. It was a closed session, at no cost, for People & Culture leaders.
